For the bottom - of - kettle ball valve, in view of the design deficiencies and defects of existing products, our company has carried out design and R & D, and developed a new three - section bottom - of - kettle valve. The valve adopts a three - section combined structure, consisting of an arc - shaped flange, an intermediate flange, and a valve body. Compared with the traditional two - piece bottom - of - kettle valve, during the installation and welding at the bottom of the tank, due to the high thermal conductivity of the metal material, the seal is damaged, resulting in valve leakage. When installing this product, first remove the arc - shaped flange and weld it to the bottom of the tank, and then connect it to the valve body with bolts. The valve body is designed with an inclined valve stem, and the valve stem presents an inclined angle of 105° with the valve body pipeline. This structural design avoids the contact between the installed actuator and the bottom of the tank. With a no - material - accumulation design, the ball is designed with an arc - shaped surface. When the valve is closed, the arc of the spherical surface is consistent with that of the arc - shaped flange connecting the bottom of the tank, forming a connection without dead corners and avoiding material residue.
